Micro-TATB particles with different sizes and 3D nanoporous TATB architectures with different specific surface areas were prepared through recrystallization to study short pulse duration shock initiation properties by electric gun technology. For micro-TATB, the initiation threshold significantly decreases with TATB average size ranging from 79.7 μm to 0.5 μm. For 3D nanoporous TATB architecture, the initiation threshold decreases and then increases with specific surface areas increased from 9.6 m2/g to 36.2 m2/g. The lowest initiation thresholds are obtained for the micro-TATB with average sizes of 1.3 μm and 0.5 μm, and 3D nanoporous TATB architecture with specific surface area of 22.4 m2/g. The shock initiation thresholds of micro-TATB and 3D nanoporous TATB architectures show significantly decreases with the porosity increased. The decomposition reaction and thermal conductivity properties were further investigated to understand the initial response mechanism. High porosity provides more collapse sites to generate high temperature for formation of hot spots. The low thermal conductivity and decomposition temperature could enhance the formation and ignition of the hot spots, and initial decomposition reaction of TATB. The effect of the decomposition temperature is higher than that of the thermal conductivity on the shock initiation properties. The enhanced decomposition reaction could promote energy release and transfer process from the ignition to the combustion. This work offers a new insight to understand the effects of microstructure on the shock initiation properties and the initial response mechanism of TATB.  相似文献

模拟火灾情况,分别对不同受热温度、自然冷却条件下的混凝土样品进行扫描电子显微镜分析。发现自然冷却条件下,混凝土受热温度不同时,微观形貌成一定的变化规律。C-S-H凝胶结构和骨料与水泥浆体界面处都会随温度发生特征变化。根据这一变化规律可鉴定自然冷却条件下混凝土受热温度,有助于准确认定起火部位。  相似文献

为研究不同射流状态对高超声速飞行器气动加热的影响,对高超声速来流条件下方孔和圆孔横向射流模型进行数值模拟,讨论射流压强、射流速度及射流方向对主流流场的影响,得到了不同射流状态下流场结构、壁面温度热流分布及壁面中心线温度热流变化。结果表明:射流在一定程度上能缓解壁面气动加热情况,壁面引射效果更好,壁面引射速度1 m·s~(-1)时壁面热流降低接近三分之二。在高速(Ma1)射流情况下,适当增大压强和速度,均会使得射流下游的冷却效果加强;在中低速(Ma0.6)射流情况下,射流基本上不改变主流流场而在边界层内流动,流速越大,冷却范围越大,冷却效果也相对较好。射流方向与主流方向夹角为锐角时,利于射流孔下游降温;夹角为钝角时,利于射流孔上游降温。  相似文献

从决策优化的角度出发,提出了一种利用多阶段博弈模拟来分析和解算作战飞机零部件备用的方法.该方法首先分析了多阶段博弈模拟在作战飞机零部件备用的应用,给出了最优化问题的总的目标函数一般形式.然后转换和简化所得到的最优化问题目标函数形式,从而有利于零部件备用的最优化解算.最后,给出了多阶段博弈模拟分析算法的主要步骤.仿真结果表明,这种方法解决了零部件使用模型问题求解的不精确的分析方法.将零部件使用周期作战飞机零部件备用看成一个整体来分析,符合未来网络中心战作战飞机零部件使用备份追求整体效能最大的思想.  相似文献

The signature of a system with independent and identically distributed (i.i.d.) component lifetimes is a vector whose ith element is the probability that the ith component failure is fatal to the system. System signatures have been found to be quite useful tools in the study and comparison of engineered systems. In this article, the theory of system signatures is extended to versions of signatures applicable in dynamic reliability settings. It is shown that, when a working used system is inspected at time t and it is noted that precisely k failures have occurred, the vector s [0,1]nk whose jth element is the probability that the (k + j)th component failure is fatal to the system, for j = 1,2,2026;,nk, is a distribution‐free measure of the design of the residual system. Next, known representation and preservation theorems for system signatures are generalized to dynamic versions. Two additional applications of dynamic signatures are studied in detail. The well‐known “new better than used” (NBU) property of aging systems is extended to a uniform (UNBU) version, which compares systems when new and when used, conditional on the known number of failures. Sufficient conditions are given for a system to have the UNBU property. The application of dynamic signatures to the engineering practice of “burn‐in” is also treated. Specifically, we consider the comparison of new systems with working used systems burned‐in to a given ordered component failure time. In a reliability economics framework, we illustrate how one might compare a new system to one successfully burned‐in to the kth component failure, and we identify circumstances in which burn‐in is inferior (or is superior) to the fielding of a new system. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Reinforced concrete (RC) columns are widely used as supporting structures for high-piled wharfs. The study of damage model of a RC column due to underwater explosion is a critical issue to assess the wharf’s antiknock security. In this study, the dynamic response and damage model of circular RC columns subjected to underwater explosions were investigated by means of scaled-down experiment models. Experiments were carried out in a 10.0 m diameter tank with the water depth of 2.25 m, under different explosive quantities (0.025 kg–1.6 kg), stand-off distances (0.0 m–7.0 m), and detonation depths (0.25 m–2.0 m). The shock wave load and dynamic response of experiment models were measured by configuring sensors of pressure, acceleration, strain, and displacement. Then, the load distribution characteristics, time history of test data, and damage models related to present conditions were obtained and discussed. Three damage models, including bending failure, bending-shear failure and punching failure, were identified. In addition, the experience model of shock wave loads on the surface of a RC column was proposed for engineering application.  相似文献

The load-carrying capacities and failure patterns of reinforced concrete components can be significantly changed by membrane effects. However, limited work has been carried out to investigate the blast resistance of Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Lightweight Aggregate Concrete (HFR-LWC) members accompanying membrane action. This paper presents a theoretical approach to quantitatively depicting the membrane behavior and its contribution on the behavior of HFR-LWC beams under close-range blast loadings, and the suitability of the proposed model is validated by a series of field tests. An improved Single-Degree-of-Freedom (SDOF) model was employed to describe the dynamic responses of beam-like members under blast loadings accompanying membrane action, where the mass-load coefficient is determined according to the nonuniformly distributed load induced by close-range explosion, and the membrane action is characterized by an in-plane (longitudinal) force and a resisting moment. The elasto-plastic and recovery responses of HFR-LWC beams under the combined action of blast load and membrane force were analyzed by the promoted model. A specially built end-constrain clamp was developed to provide membrane action for the beam member when they are subjected to blast load simultaneously. It is demonstrated that the analytical displacement-time histories are in good agreement with experimental results before peak deflections and that the improved SDOF model is an acceptable tool for predicting the behavior of HFR-LWC beams under blast loadings accompanying membrane action.  相似文献
